How in the fuck 150 reps can be so hard wow I nearly made 150 and am fit as fuck this is definitely a challenge my shorts soak my back soar my hands soar my legs just burning a little my core was burning all the way love it

Is the burst training like the max shred? I don’t know if I should get the max shred or ax1? I’m more interested in fat loss than building muscle.

10 years had passed and the 98 dislikes are for the people who doesn't respect the warrior existence. I'm also born in 98th year in 20th century. If you must get in shape, either u must get in shape progressively or actively. For progression do running, push ups, rows/pull ups, sit ups, and squats. Repeat it 4-5 times a week. Use recovery session more. For active quick bat burns you must know how to do plyometrics like in this video. Repeat 3-4 times a week and rationalize your fuel and recovery session as if needed.

Hi would it be ideal to take hydroxy feul tablets before this workout, when is the best time for taking such tablets and do they have any benefits?
Also is there any alternative to the pullup?

Look at how winded Jeff is by performing HALF of this workout, and he expects us to do the entire workout 2x?? Is he nuts?? This does look like a killer workout, though!
