Hi Lucy !:D I have a ).(/ ⌛️ body type and I really want to sculpt my torso and define it as well! I’m a thin girl with a bit of belly fat but I also have the middle line on my stomach! Do you recommend?

I'm in perimenopause, and your cardio workouts (along with resistance training twice a week) are really making a difference. I've tried other home cardio videos on YouTube, but yours are much more effective. I feel like I get a great workout without having to spend an hour doing it.
