#DONE ☺️ This was a nice stablity ball workout. I need to do more training today (maybe Ill walk on my treadmill while watching YouTube 😉) but now I need to get ready for church. So glad that your tooth is feeling better. 😍

I'm falling in love with you- not only are your workouts great they are making me feel good mentally.
Was having a bad day and after the ball workout I did feel good!
I'm looking to lose ten kilos
So can u pls guide me what workouts to do?
I mean are 4 mins enough??
