Thank you for this great workout. Can we do it 3x per day . I am REALLY struggling with my batwings . It seems like they will never go away and I keep on hiding my arms all the time 😔. Any tips ?
Interesting…. I was doing this for a while, then I switched to the 7 minute 7 day challenge for a while.
I'm pretty pressed for time this week, so went back to this and it feels both easier than the first time around but still a challenge, if that's possible.
Started today, thank you 🙂 I added a cool-down afterward since I'm "new" to exercise again 🙂
