For the single leg squats, I am wondering if it is safe or effective to cross my passive leg over the knee of my active leg, like when sitting on a chair. It helps me balance and squat deeper but I am wondering if I am defeating the purpose or gradually doing damage. I am definitely "feeling it" though. Anyone know?
Finished this, such a good workout! thanks! wasn't able to go to the gym so did this and your upper body workout. Did everything with weights except calf raise since I don't want juicy JUICY calves hehe and the situps though! #IWasSweating!!!
Question, how well does this help calves? I know it helps thighs and glutes but I’m not sure about calf muscles
I loved this workout but for the first time in 7 years youtube decided to play lots of ads in the middle of the exercises which was really distracting and annoying… why is that?
Hey Daniel and Kelli! I absolutely love your workouts. I have been working out to your videos for the past 2 years. I found this video and it's been my favorite because it's a lot of the exercises I do a lot and my favs. I have to say, what is with the 5 ads? It was a killer on the sets. Is their any way you guys can pick where the ads go? Just thought I would let you know. You both are awesome!

That was mean .. next day and I am feeling sore all over even at my shoulders and Rhomboids from carrying those weights, also, my heart was racing the whole time! A cardio/strength for sure. Thank you Daniel, its one of my favourites now

@kelly thanks guys for this great workout. I'd like to point out that YouTube is making it really difficult to follow through with interruptions during the exercises… I don't know if there's anything you can do to make sure those go into the water breaks as with the rest of all your videos! thanks a lot for everything you've been doing!

Really good weights legs workout! Had my legs like jelly by the end, especially in that third set. Really trying to tone my legs again so loved this! And reminds me I need to keep a check on my balance as well. Thank you for the workout 🙂
