Thanks for posting, but this isn’t cardio. I measured my heart rate with my FitBit Charge 2 and found that I only reached my cardio zone for like a minute during the last cardio burst. All in all burned 125 calories for me.

will you get fit if this is the only workout you do in the day (besides having good eating habits)? Or is this more of a supplemental workout? I don't have time to do long workouts so if this is enough formal exercise that would be awesome!
