I Love your work outs i'm doing the 4 minute hiit work out again, that's how much i love it 🤣😂. i have a four month old and didn't start until 2 weeks almost 3 to do that challenge and everyone at work tells me that i don't even look that i have a 4 month old baby.
Lucy i will like to know what kind of excercize can i do for booty building, i have a nice booty but i will like to grow my booty a lil more. your the only youtube trainer i trust!! please let me know .

I love your videos, I've been doing 30 to 50 minutes for a month now (monday to satuday) and I have lost 6 cm in my waist, It's been great, even when I do the easy versions!! I can't wait to see how much I am going to lose by december 😀

Does this help lose the excess boob….I can't do nothing with these thangs, couldn't even find the right size sports bra. Its making my body have a P shape
I've done at least 12 to 15 of your workouts, and I love them. I may do two 20 minute workouts, then two 7 minute workouts, I love them. I just wish I could do them in the morning before work. So glad someone told me about you. Debra in the States!
