I'm just a beginner cuz I haven't done any workouts for almost a year and this was difficult, although people are doing it easily from what I've seen in comments 😭

Abs workouts are usually not my idea of 'fun', but this was really cool- the standing exercises were a bit different from usual crunches. Loved it. More like these please!

I love the repetitive rythem and lengthening of these. I love the cardi kick boxing workouts the most. Got to stay active and fight the bulge this time of year
