Abs workouts are usually not my idea of 'fun', but this was really cool- the standing exercises were a bit different from usual crunches. Loved it. More like these please!

I love the repetitive rythem and lengthening of these. I love the cardi kick boxing workouts the most. Got to stay active and fight the bulge this time of year

I really enjoyed this workout! Perfect for when I don't have much time, but I liked the moves. I still felt like I had really done something by the end even though it was only 15 mins. 🙂
