Does this seem like a great weight loss workout strategy:

M: 5 min bike warm up, 5 min calves, 5 min push up, 5 min pull up, 5 min full body dumbbell combo, 5 min plank
Tue: bicycle hiit: 5 min warm up, 25 rounds of 15work/45rest, drink water during rest
W: 60 min steady state stationary bike run, 5 min plank
Th: bicycle hiit: 5 min warm up, 25 rounds of 15work/45rest, drink water during rest
F: M: 5 min bike warm up, 5 min calf, 5 min push up, 5 min pull up, 5 min full body dumbbell combo, 5 min plank
Sat: bicycle hiit: 5 min warm up, 25 rounds of 15work/45rest, drink water during rest
Sun: 60 min steady state stationary bike run, 5 min plank
5 minute stretch
