I've lost 30 kgs back in 2017 using your hiit workouts. Now again trying to lose 30 kgs more 😀 Thank you so much for all the effort you put in this channel. You guys helped me more than my own father helped me in this world. I will always remember you until the day i die. Loved this! To make more challenging/extend workout, I took a quick water break after last 40 sec round and went back down the ladder ending at 10 sec round, then did cool down. Def will be doing this workout again!!
for some reason I thought it was a pyramid workout. after 40 seconds of plank jack pushups (ughh) I thought we were going back down, what a relief lol. still a killer workout though!!

The "doom" had me a little wary ahah but going to the comments to see how pumped people are gives me the confidence to give it a go. Just finished and feeling good!
Great routine & relatively easy for someone who is already in shape. One suggestion, I'd personally like to hear more positive/ inspiring commentary around showing up full force for the workout, rather than hearing suggestions that the viewer may be feeling tired, overworked or even glad that the workout is almost over. Regardless, I enjoyed the video overall, Thanks so much!
