I've lost 30 kgs back in 2017 using your hiit workouts. Now again trying to lose 30 kgs more 😀 Thank you so much for all the effort you put in this channel. You guys helped me more than my own father helped me in this world. I will always remember you until the day i die. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart <3 I always recommend your channel to my friends, my family and everyone. Thats the least i can do. Wish i could do more tho.

Loved this! To make more challenging/extend workout, I took a quick water break after last 40 sec round and went back down the ladder ending at 10 sec round, then did cool down. Def will be doing this workout again!!

for some reason I thought it was a pyramid workout. after 40 seconds of plank jack pushups (ughh) I thought we were going back down, what a relief lol. still a killer workout though!!

Great routine & relatively easy for someone who is already in shape. One suggestion, I'd personally like to hear more positive/ inspiring commentary around showing up full force for the workout, rather than hearing suggestions that the viewer may be feeling tired, overworked or even glad that the workout is almost over. Regardless, I enjoyed the video overall, Thanks so much!

you helped me reach my 60 lb weight loss goal today. i’ve been using all your hiit workouts along with being on a caloric deficit the past 4-5 months and today finally marks the day that i would’ve never imagined, after letting myself go during the pandemic and a failed attempt at keto (developed severe keto rash). thank you daniel. fitnessblender has become a lifestyle for me.
