Arnold was also friends with "Svend Ole Thorsen" the Dane who went to Anerica. He's the guy who starred as "Tigris" in Gladiator.. 👍😃 Maybe a future video ?

In most of the roles I've seen Callard in, he comes across as a soft-spoken average guy, usually sympathetic such as the Charlie's Angels episode. I can't recall if he ever any specific villain roles other than thugs. Callard didn't seem to project much personality compared to Arnold, Stallone, etc. which is why he never moved on to starring roles but made for a decent background for others to shine against. Was he involved in the Gold's Gym franchise as a major shareholder at some point? Thanks for making this video available.

I just watched your video on the three nattys. I don't believe anyone that has competes at that level was drug free. The one guy was way bigger than Roger. How about a video about another Arnold film protégé (30 films together) Danish bodybuilder and power lifter, 6 foot five and 300 pound Sven-Ole Thorsen.
His most notable role was in the Russel Crowe movie "Gladiator", as the undefeated gladiator "Tigris of Gaul" that Maximus fights and kills.

Roger Callard was one of the most underrated bodybuilders of all time! He had perfect symmetry and movie star looks.
As an 18-year-old I went to golds gym in Santa Monica California and I noticed Roger Callard doing lat pull downs behind the neck. I went up to him and asked him ,I said Sir are you Roger Calkard and , he said I used to be. I said I recognized you from all the weider magazines. it’s nice to meet you. After that he acting normal and shook my hand.

It is crazy how his physique is similar to Arnold's physique.
I know that Arnold is way bigger but the lines are similar, take a look at his chest, biceps, even legs..
Having Arnold as a partner, doing the same exercises, sets, everything really worked for him to develop himself as Arnold did. Amazing.

If you are right about him being 5'10 than Arnold was telling the truth about himself being 6'2 because he does stand about four inches taller than Roger in these pictures. I say this because there has been a lot of talk about how tall Arnold really was, and people that i have talked to, and articles that i have read all say that he is about 5'11. However, you can see here that when he was younger, Arnold was over 6'0 tall. At least 6'1 anyways.

Dude had a PHENOMENAL physique…you can google and find a pic of his back and his CALVES were amazing! I hear him in an interviw saying Arnold had calf implants…if he trained with Arnold for years he might be rightwho knows but dude had a great physique.
