Well Joe has HALF of Arnold's genes, and for a 22 year old to have that kinda muscle? Joe has most likely been enhanced for a few years. He can use his dad as an excuse, claiming he has good genetics. Claiming that he is "natural." But he really has only HALF of Arnold's DNA, therefore half of his genetics
