Arnold had a congenital bicuspid aortic valve from my understanding. It sounds like he initially had a Ross procedure with aortic valve removed the pulmonary valve swapped to the aortic position and pulmonary homograft. Now is sounds like both valves had to be replaced.

Take an 18lb.Sledhammer, on a 4 ft. handle. Hold out arm straight out, holding the hammer at the base of the handle, arm straight.hammer straight up…and SLOWLY lower the head down to your nose, without crushing your face. For clarification… 1) The "one-plate guy" is Khaled Awa Jashell, not just some guy, Larry is famous, but this guy has the strength, mention him… … 2) On his left hand he actually held the 20.4 kg plate for ½ second… on his right hand he actually lifted it 2 times in a row to more than a 90 degree angle… … No one came close to the hand strength he portrayed in the original video… Give credit.. The whole trend started because of what he did.
