For the workouts, it is meant to be quite hard the first couple of times you do it. There is low impact versions for this workout so do the low impact exercises or jog in place if you can’t do the harder version! No stress. It takes time to improve and build strength! You should be able to complete the workout in week 8! 🙂

Heyyy guyss! I just wanna write down and share my progress to y'all 🙂 currently I'm running on Chloe's 8 Weeks Summer Shredding Program and its currently my Day 12 and… I just couldn't believe I finished my workout without cheating yayyy! Getting myself up every morning just to kill those fats is hard. But here I am.. on my 12th day.. getting used to all of this. Wheew. Never thought I'd be here 😁
Please wish me luck! I'm on a mission to lose weight from 80 kgs to 50kg before September 29th, 2021, which is my birthday. Keep pushing yourself to the limit to see the better version of yourself!

Ok I finally bought myself a fitness mat because my carpet was cutting my arms open while doing up and down planks and holy moly I've never done more up and down planks in my life, even tho I still needed a rest in between.

I'm going to do all of her programs from the beginning until current and this was the first one on her website..for anyone who cares,
my current weight: 68kg (~150lb)
Goal weight: 61kg (~135lb)
And I'm 5'4".
Diet: I'm a pescatarian who eats dairy
Update Edit: I'm one month in and if anyone loses weight like I do, I have only seen improvement(inches lost) in my arms and legs thus far, because I always improve in those areas first when I get on a consistent schedule like this one. My core is definitely stronger but was hoping to lose more belly fat and I have not. I still will be doing the workouts but just need to add in some resistance training then I will really reap these benefits!

when you can't do it but your damned pride doesn't let you do the easy exercises
@chloe ting i just have a question coz my hand hurts from supporting my body's weight. Literally my hand… Especially the lower part that holds all the weight. Is it normal, or am i doing something wrong? Thankssss!!!

Edit (Start of week 3): Wow, its really intense how far you can come in such a short period of time! I finished this workout without stopping… and only had to do a couple of the low impacts. Im pretty proud. Thanks Chloe!
Day 27 and I can do most of the exercises apart from the renegade row because my arms were sore after the up and down plank, when I started I would take so many breaks and now I only took one! Love the progress! Hopefully after the 8 weeks this workout will be easy
Is there an easier variation of inchworm? My legs are inflexible (working on it) so it’s hard to get my hands down to the floor enough to support my weight while keeping the rest of my body in good form.

Day 2: my arms don't longer work anymore but I'm glad I completed the whole video
Day 5: took longer breaks but I did it!!!!!
Day 9: completed the whole thing without taking any extra breaks. So happy with my progress. Guys summer shred challenge works!!! It's only been 9 days and I've seen so much improvement in my body

when it comes upper body workout i really suck at this especially single arm hold but eventually i will be able to do this🙌
