Loved it all–except for the last standing move and the last floor move. You usually give great modifications–except for those of us with joint issues who can't put body weight on wrists, elbows or shoulders. I did a step-back burpee in place of the walking out on hands move, but could not change elevation in the final move & didn't know how to modify safely. I was so frustrated, I ended up in tears, while you're saying "You can do it, you''re almost done!"

Good workout, Amy! Love the modifications – depending on fitness, energy level, or joint issues. Thank you!

Great one! Did low impact versions at 16w pregnant and was perfect. Had to take many toddler breaks so I bet I’d have even higher HR if I got to do it straight through lol.

😟 I never know what size of dumbbells to use… I try to alternate between 2kg and 3kg… not sure if I’m ready for something heavier. How will I know?

I’ve just subscribed to your newsletter and seen the free monthly workout which is brilliant. I can’t exercise for long due to pain so your workout sheet looks really achievable. Do you put one up each month? Being Tuesday this is the workout I will do this evening

Great workout. I wanted a lil more after superset kettlebell tabata but my legs weren't having it! This was a great way to keep moving without over doing it with the lower body. My 12 year old son and toddlers joined in too! Thank You
