The rounded shoulders are usually due to a weakness or tightness of the pec minor, I'm a sports therapist and most clients I've had with this problem is usually due to that, simple METs and trigger point helps massively followed by some strengthening exercises and with the internal rotation of the humerus is due to tightness of rotator muscle- subscapularis, with bit treatment and with strengthening exercises will soon sort that out 😉

I am trying to find your video on how you maintain and shave your body before events but can't seem to find it!
Hi lex, I've got a question for you(or just anyone with some muscle knowledge). I usually drink a proteinshake after I'm done working out(wich I do at home), but recently I went to a boxing gym and now after I'm done with the weights I do some boxing drills. Should I drink my shake after my boxing drills even if I don't use my muscles really intensive or after I'm done with the weights? Thanks already for anyone answering this
great stuff. I got into calisthenics so I dont need to go to a gym, and can get the sun whenever I want, BUT mate – lovely descriptions for "keeping the knees soft, core, etc etc" – really useful for all these people who dont know much about physiology. PLus the stuff about posture – and rehab of poor formed back – awesome stuff.

Hey Lex, huge fan! Love what you do. Sorry to bother you, but ever since high school, my right leg has been a bit less muscular than my left and I've always been super embarrassed by it. How do I incorporate rehab training into my leg regime to make them both even? And how often or how many excersizes should be dedicated to my right leg?
