Hi Lucy love all your fab videos. I am a 61 year old fit woman but with an almost 2 stone loss last year (by healthy eating!) My arms are now crepey and stringy and I want them FIRM!! Will these exercises help or am I too far gone ??!! H E L P!! xxxx
