Excellent tip. Off topic, what are your opinions on multi vitamins? I try to eat healthy, exercise 5 times a week but I find that I always get Colds, i've had at least 9 this year alone.

Hey Tiffanny! Can you give us some tips about hair maintenance when exercisisng. I am a black girl and love to run, pilates and your workouts but I sweat a lot (as expected). The problem is sometimes I use that as an excuse. Could you give some tips on that?
Thank you for your videos and dedication

See When I make my tilapia in the oven I tend to put my frozen vegetables and fish in the same baking dish then I put some water over my vegetables and then I cook it in the oven for about 30 minutes, but I do have to say I haven't had the 3rd color yet when it comes to broccoli ( I must be lucky I guess), but I'll maybe cook my fish first then add my veggies in it the last 10 minutes or so. I'll play around with it.

I remember learning about retaining nutrients in culinary. Boiling vegetables take out nearly all the benefits at least 90% loss, its best to steam them.

I just subscribed and I love your workouts .. now if I make collard greens and they stew with a turkey leg did I kill them?

Maybe u can add them to a salad when they cool off with a homemade vinaigrette dressing.
