Good sound advice. You're great, guys. Thanks!
what about smart water? i thought it had the electrolyte like sports drink but without all the sugar and still with water? thank you!
I'm training for a marathon and I drink sports drink for the sugar and electrolytes during my long runs. I find them to be very helpful in preventing me from crashing.
Sugar is just there because sports drinks taste disgusting without it. And since it is healthy to have six to nine teaspoons of sugar a day, it's not that bad then is it? Or what if we would find a sports drink without sugar. Would that make it better? Please answer.
I'm on a really picky and sensitive diet and I'm afraid to even take a SIP of powerade
Not true. I run about 30 km in the mountains every weekend and I usually sweat a lot and I mean my shirt is completely wet in a hour. Drinking lots of water didn't do shit so lately I've been drinking 3 Powerade ion4 bottles during the runs and scrambled and I feel a lot more energy and less blacking out feeling. Yes if you are just playing baseball than Powerade ain't good for you
Its not just the electrolytes the sodium helps your body retain the water
there so addictive
What about lucozade
Well, they help me from being hung-over after a night of drinking😉
I drink it all the time not for sports though
She looks like camilla cabello
What about the ones with 0 calories and sugars?
Wtf why did the lady ask me for id then I live in the uk
Maximas,Powerade,Gatorade don't help except for like red bull etc
You just gonna be that one kid at a sport game drinking coconut water while everyone else is drinking Gatorade and Powerade
