Omar and yt fitness community. I experienced an exertion headache on Monday when I was working legs. The next day I worked chest and bi and didn't experience any headaches. Today was my deload day for back and I experienced a massive headache during my warmup weight while deadlifting. Any suggestions on how to prevent this? I haven't experienced something like this in about 2 years (happened to me once when I used to run). It fucked my workout up big time….

how do you program your beltless deficit deads after squats? I too have added those in after my squat, looking to see how someone else sets them up.Â
can you show us some mobility that you do on your squat/deadlift day. I started feeling really tight and weird when I squat and feel that some mobility work is needed, I'm just unsure of how to do it!

Why the fuck would you do 405 x 3, 415 x 3, then 425 x 3 before going for a 440 PR? You already did basically 3 working sets prior to PR attempt. That is fucking stupid. You should save your strength for the heaviest set. Pffff
