love the long form content Omar!
I think it’s fair to say he wouldn’t be a fan of Thor’s new deadlift record then…
that was so cool

World's strongest belt, sleeve and straps wearer*
Absolutely loved this interview!
Great interview Smeruf
It's awesome when you know russian and could listen to them both
FUCKIN DOOOOOOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!
Very pleased to see Andrey on this channel. As a native Russian speaker I follow Andrey's achievements and every video about him is fun to watch. This guy has zero haters in Ex-Soviet countries. He is like a big strong teddy bear who just enjoys eating, travelling, lifting and tries to have fun while living his life 😀
What an amazing guy
Great interview! I 100% agree with his opinion on deadlift bars vs. stiff bars. Should be only stiff bars allowed in competition.
Decent interview, although I would have liked to have learned more about how he programs and trains for himself and for more average lifters too if he deals with them.

Awesome guy. I really want a cat deadlifting t shirt now.
Very valuable content. Keep at it, even if it won't get the views
that green screen would have been so good with just finer settings😩
Hey Omar, I just found a video of your programmer twin brother https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGrTT4k1-yc
One, I took a slightly different approach today regarding back squats! I completed 4 sets 20 reps with 250 lbs with one minute rest between sets followed by a 80 rep AMRAP with 250 lbs for a total of150 reps in just under 12 minutes! Belt broke so could not begin week one of GVT. Take care Omar! Your the best!!
put petr petras on that shit!
Forrest Gump is my favorite movie. So relatable 😀 now I just need to get a lot stronger xD
