Anchor In Hope Yoga Practice | Yoga With Adriene – Yoga With Adriene

by YouTube Team

Join Adriene for a sweet 18 minute yoga flow created to inspire grounding and balance. This practice is an invitation to trust. Just as we condition and strengthen our bodies, so too can we condition and strengthen our sense of trust and hope. With this quick flow, we’ll cultivate fresh energy and release anything stagnant. We’ll also gently ground with some hip openers, energize with some heart openers, and invite balance back to the mind, body and spirit.

Tis the season.

Here for December 2021 Balance, Day 30. Adriene, I have been practicing regularly with you for almost 3 years. No matter my stress level and the uncertainty around me, everything feels right when I'm on the mat. Every practice of yours is amazing, but this one was exactly what I needed to feel and hear today. Thank you, Adriene, for making such a huge difference in my life! Namaste.

Some days are more challenging than others. Today's practice embodied physical and emotional pain for me. With what I have been through, I'm trying my best to let go of what I use to do and to be thankful for what I can do.
The FWFG community has helped me in working through daily struggles. For that, I am beyond thankful.
Sending out tons of love and virtual hugs. 🙏💚🌟

11 months out from losing my pupper Rocky 10 months out from losing mom and dad to covid 7 months out to losing my folks dog. The tears have stopped the peace returning the joy of life alive. Thank you for this Hope practice. Despite being sick with a cold or maybe it’s Covid, I don’t know. Either way, you give me hope and keep me coming back to your YouTube yoga practices, just about every day. Best wishes for a healthy and joyful 2022! 🤗
