Hi Cassey, I know this video is a little older, but do you have an updated version to stretch out the upper back? Particularly: between the shoulders, shoulders & the area where the bra clasp usually goes…that's where I carry all my stress! Thank you!!

So the last move wasn't really a stretch for me, because I couldn't straighten my leg(s) and remain upright. I think I need more core strength or something… Either way, DAY 20 IS DONE!!!!

day 20… omg the last move had me trying to hold up my legs bleh…. my arms are just far too short for my legs, and I'm not stretchy enough for that. yet i'm able to have my ass and vj touch the mat when i do child's pose with my ankles on the floor with ease… I don't get it LMAO
