Why settle for average when you can be athlean…
They say all men are created equal. That’s not necessarily true. While we all share the same 24 hours in a day, how we choose to use them varies greatly from person to person. Those that wish to coast through life and hope things just fall into place are likely to be left wanting more. Those that instead attack each day like the world owes them nothing and have no fear of hard work, are not only more often fulfilled but likely to be able to inspire others to do the same. So, I ask you, what do you aspire to be? Average or athlean? Are you ready to unlock an inner athlete you may never have known existed? It’s in you, you just might need to reach deeper than ever before so you can appreciate your accomplishments that much more when you achieve them. The road to athlean starts now. I’ll see you on TEAM ATHLEAN.

Woah. At some angles I thought that was Phil from modern family.
sweet logic
Hi, Jeff. Please do a video to explain if it is necessary to do cardio daily on top of strength workouts in the NXT program to strip fat away for better muscle definition. That seems to be what Dwayne Johnson is doing and I've been wondering about its practicality given our busy work schedules.
Anyone else got hard?
Killer leg workout !
Besides the advertising message behind this, I truly think they all are.
Peace.
Can you do some little routines like you did before. Like the six pack promise ones on the app but for other muscle groups please mate.

Hi Jeff I'm a big fan of your videos, they help me alot. but I have a big problem with my knee so I'm struggling with leg day and my cardiovascular exercise is becoming none existent. how can I still train my lower body to keep my training going? I've come so far in the past couple of years but I've still got plenty to go I'm really at an impasse here mate can you help? Neil Liverpool UK

All men are created equal but some work harder in pre session.
Jeff, can you incorporate some calf movements into your programmes. Quads and hams get a good workout in AX1 and I'm currently in week 3 of AX2 and haven't done any calf work yet. Thanks for all videos, emails, etc, etc, etc – they are a great help. Also, can you please get someone on the Twitter account and start firing out tweets on a daily basis. Let's get the AthleanX followers growing even more.
Thank you for all your videos and sharing your knowledge with us. You are an inspiration !
Ha, funny.

Kind of a stupid video
Hey guys, I've been working out for a solid 10 and a half months, how much muscle should someone gain if they had average genetics? I just want to make sure that maximizing my muscle growth. Also, I workout at home with only free weights and I'm going to join the gym this summer. Will the gym increase muscle growth since it has better equipment? Much appreciated if some people would respond. Thanks!
Superb
Bodyweight, no gym required leg workout. I would like to see that!

All men aren't created equal in everything but can all reach the same long term goal. I wasn't born with abs but when I finnaly almost have them they look like they were earned
All men … are NOT created equal! Some are born swifter afoot, some with greater beauty, some are born into poverty and others born sick and feeble. Both in birth and upbringing, in sheer scope of ability every human is inherently different; Yes that is why people discriminate against one another, which is why there is struggle, competition and the unfaltering march of progress. Inequality is not wrong, equality is.
