Good deal. can you put one out that sorta starts helping us learn good posture due to kyposis plus i got osterposis and spondosis with a fractured L5 and s1. Im trying so hard to word on my balance but all this effects my hips and my groins so do you all have one already? that would put the whole body to exercising these muscle groups to strengthen and stretch. them also? Thanj you and God bless. wish i cud afford to donate but cant right now. i dont need to loose weight. however i need healthy meals to fix for only one. so sorry for long comment but love your alls work and helping ppl like us tht hurt n need help

Awesome, looking forward to it! It's been really fun to see how the channel has grown over the years and really stepped up in terms of production and quality. What I would love to see are some newer stretching routines for a warm up/cool down or even just some informational videos about fitness. By that I mean more on how the body actually works and how to apply those concepts to your workouts. Keep up the good work!

Could you consider doing some exercise programs specifically for skinny people. So many exercise programs out focus on people who want to loose weight, but forget those who want to gain weight through exercise, tone up and feel more fit. Being skinny doesn't always mean your fit and as I skinny person I often feel what exercise do I do that's not going to make me burn lots of calories. It is a big area no one really covers on dvds or books. Would be great to have more specific exercise for this. Loving your easy to follow videos, so good to see from different angles, abilities and male and female, and you take the time to demonstrate before going straight into full exercise. Thank you
