We can rebuild him. We have the technology. We can make him better than he was.

I had a hernia too that came naturally since I was a kid. It got worse when I started working out, eventually making it so I would have to pull the hernia back in place every hour just to not feel pain. When the organ came down it would touch my left nut making it swell up the size of a tennis ball sometimes. Very painful burning feeling. Got it fixed almost a year ago and it was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. Tiny tiny scar that looks like a line on my left groin area, and other than that I have a little pain every now and then but no more hernia.

How close can they be to your knuts? I woke up today with a pain right down there in my groin, seems too low for inguinal canal

This is why people should not lift very heavy. Better focus on form and light to medium poundages. The only thing very heavy lifting can give you is problems. Who cares about your PR s in the end?

Seems like a pattern, I had the same thing.

Heavy ass squats, laberial tear, low back funky-ness, minor hernia.

Sucks but life can be worse.

I have a labial tear in my right hip, also arthritis and bone spurs in that hip. Most of the time it does not bother me at all. They want to give me a new hip, but want to wait as long as possible because I am to young, and it will ware out before I am dead

I had a strangulated umbilical hernia. I had to get emergency surgery. I feel like I have an inguinal hernia, but they didn't really look there when they did the ultrasound. I don't feel anything poking through, though. Unfortunately, I'm uninsured right now, so I'm fucked if I have one and it becomes a medical emergency.

Hey Omar, I think I may have a small hernia as well. Did you bench/do any upper body movements prior to the surgery while having squats and deadlifts on hold?

Same thing happened to me a few years back. Now I’m dealing with just a adductor strain. Any tips on getting back into squatting with adductor tendinopathy?
