What if i skip hanging windmill crunches and hanging knee tuck crunches ?
Sure you can do that. Maybe replace them with leg raises or flutterkicks.

amazing! but i cnt do some excercises at home like hanging windmill, ball excercises bcz i hve no ball & dumbells like u em so depresd dat i cnt do this workout can i modify these excercises?

Hi.. i have a question here.. when i do the hanging windmill crunches, hanging knee tuck crunches and jack knife crunches after half each exercise (in the middle. if we say they are 20 move i do nearly 12 ) then i complete the rest with my legs bending and not fully straight ?? what should i do to make them straight all the exercise… can u help me please ?!!

Man fuck i don't have a pull up bar…
could feel it in my abs and got me sweating! no bar, so changed the circles to be made on the floor and the lifts on the bar to a abb crunch on the physio ball. i think this one will become my regular one, to get those sexy abbs for summer ;D
