Excellent! I guess one can say I'm a prior Crossfitter from 2013-2020. After having my last 2 babies (5 total) at age 46 and moving to higher elevation my whole system along with anemia has been way off- weight has been slow to come off. After listening to many podcasts of Shawn Stevenson aka Shawn Model of Eat Smarter & Sleep Smarter… he suggested after proper sleep in the morning to start off with a 4 min Tabata.. thankfully I found your channel as I searched exactly that! Thanks so much for putting this out there!
