What i wanted to know, is your opinion on how bad is it gonna be for your knees using weightlifting shoes compared to not using them when you squat. what do you think ? should we elevate our heels to squat more knee friendly or not ?Â

Tip for buyers: I found them to fit accordingly with my size as measured with a brannock device. Go find one at shoe stores that actually know how shoes fit. Ask to borrow it. Size with thin athletic socks (ie. What you'll wear when lifting) take size while standing fully upright with weight midfoot .

I could actually find a store that sells adipowers id love to try them out but 300 clams to color my feet when ive been going barefoot doesnt seem reasonable to me.

Where can i get adipowers the cheapest
To all the guys with a US size 11. I bought the Adipower US size 11 and they DO NOT fit!! I am US size 11!!
I can post a video if anyone else has questions who haven't bought a pair yet.
To sum it up, I could probably go for a US size 11.5 or even 12.
Hope this info helps other dudes who are tentative about sizing with this model and or shoe.
And as for this guys opinion on going a size smaller.
I STRONGLY disagree.
Why?
If your shoes are cramping your shit and it painful it's going to take awhile to wear them in.
However if you get a size up as I should have, you can always wear thick socks or double socks to get a snug fit.
IME Adidas Shoes tend to be a half size bigger than other shoes anyways. So the lifting shoes just fit the same as other adidas. If your a 8 in other brands yours probably a 7.5 for adidas
I have to disagree with the sizing aspect of this video. I wear a 12 and got a size 12 in the adi's and they were too small. 12.5 still a bit tight and could even possibly do a size 13.
Guys, What about the updated version of the Adipower? I saw they made some changes beside the colour. What's your opinion on that compare to this version of the shoes? Which one do prefer?

I usually wear size 8 miles though so got size 8 of theses and they where way too small had to get the size up
