Do you really have to eat right after you work out? I can understand water but there is no scientific evidence that you need to eat right after a workout.

I absolutely loved this workout! So sweaty and such high intensity without breaks. My abs were burning so much that I’m sure tomorrow I won’t be able to roll outta bed 😂 I did a 25 minute cardio workout after this and omg am I dead. Sweat is pouring off me and my back and abs are dead, just dead. Thanks FB! I feel awesome 🎉 #FBSweat Day 10 complete! 30.06.2021
