I came down my horse bareback too quickly yesterday. I had my hands above my head so when I fell I body slammed on my right side, nothing breaking my fall. I am grateful I've been working out 6 days a week for a year. I'm sore as heck but I'll be fine in a day or two. Lol I am going to try this tonight but ver slooooowly
