Here are 3 great moves you can squeeze in any time of day, add more reps to set your abs on fire! (Click “Show More” for full workout plan)
*THE WORKOUT:*
*Single Leg Raises:*
– Right Side: 16x Lifts + Pulse 8x
– Left Side: 16x Lights + Pulse 8x
*Up & Down Scissors:*
– Kick feet closely together, moving legs up & down 12x (Be sure to keep your low back pressed firmly on to the floor)
*Bicycle Crunches:*
– Hands behind head, elbows wide
– Start with knees bent, extend right leg out & lower. Twist right elbow toward left knee.
– Repeat above on left side.
– Move right to left continuously for 16x
– Hold on right, pulse elbow to knee 8x
– Hold on left, pulse elbow to knee 8x
– Repeat first step 8x to finish!
**Be sure to always keep your low back on the floor & only extend legs down as much as you can without lifting your back**
*Modification for sensitive necks* Keep shoulders on mat & tuck thumbs underneath your tail bone to support lower back.
