Omg.. i only started doing sport 8 weeks ago and i'm totally out of it. I think I'll still need something to get every exercise as you did it. especially everything without a break.

no reason to not do exercise anymore.. i look up specifically couch exercise, and bam! there you have it.. k.. i did halfway and I looked like I just came out from bath..felt great, tomorrow gonna do it again.. thanks Chloe.. you are a life saver!
