I had problems with moving my leg in following your pace and keeping the ball from rolling away. Had to pause and do it slower to keep the ball stay under one foot at a time.
I could not get that ball to stay for the life of me..😆..so I stayed in plank, did a controlled mountain climber with an elevation at the end if that makes any sense. I admire you for your strength and creativity with some of these postions. 4 weeks with you so far and feeling a difference! Thanks Ms. Robertson!!!😄
If you have access to a bosu ball you can use it for stability ball exercises.
