Can someone help me out a bit…what's happening during the dancer's tap…is the
foot touching the ground behind my hip? And just the thigh coming up?
can you make it so all of the "required" ads are at the beginning of the video's? it's super frustrating to have ads every couple of moves right in the middle of them.

i love the series but this time, the videos keep being interrupted by 5 commercials… really annoying to have to press "skip" during a workout.

Dear Future and Past Grass, this video is I feel exactly at my skill level. It's doable but challenging. Especially since I almost never workout my butt. This video had v-ups and those were a little difficult so I did them with bended knees. I can go up to v-up but I'm worried I'll hurt my back when I go down. So I bended my knees. Also, I feel that this video still gets booty but gets outer thighs more.

How am I supposed to follow along when there's an ad right in the middle of a move
idk why but I didn't feel any pain in my abs. I felt the workout in my butt but not quite in the abs. I did all types of crunches she instructed in the video but still couldn't feel my abs burning. idk is it just me?
