Very helpful. My abs really "grew" over Thanksgiving weekend and feel yucky. This work out is a great way to step back into toning and love the sweating–I feel like my body is getting clean from the inside out.

I often do this work out first thing in the morning before work I’m talking about 4:00am and one of the most reason of why I do it is bc the music it’s calm and mellow on top of it I love the way my abs feels ✌️
