I used to move my feet around a lot when bench pressing. I was able to add 25lbs to my lift just by keeping my feet planted firmly. The setup is very important…thanks for this.

Hi Mike, I wish you would have started with bench placement. I always feel like I’m to behind or in front of the bench. And for women should the bar hit the top or bottom part of the breast area.

This was about 5% explanation of what actually goes into a bench press. You're missing about 95% of very important benching information.
