Mr Rashid if you want a good core work out while playing with your dog make a ''flirt pole''. In a nut shell get a 6' long 1'' diameter PVC pipe. Get a dog rope, 10-12 feet of para cord and one 1.5'' washer.  Take the para cord and tie a knot at one end and thread it in the washer. Then thread the para cord through the 6'' PVC pipe and tie off the para cord to the rope dog toy(strong knots). Once you use it the core work outs are endless 🙂
