I tried so many workouts in the Gym or with various Video Trainers. Honestly i give up all the time after few weeks latest. Then I discovered LWR…What should I say.?? It is extremely professional and helpful, and the best: incredible motivating. I make workouts now several months and I never like to miss it anymore. I jump out of the bed and am exciting about what is to discover, and I lost not just a lot of Kilos, but also came in shape and – most important – feel so much more active and fresh and healthy. Maybe one additional secret for me as a Gemini from my horoscope is, that there are ao many different kinds that its completely excluded to become ever boring…

I'm doing this tomorrow morning! Looks like a great workout. I use My Fitness Pal so I have to add calories & my exercises. How many calories do you burn doing this workout?

Gonna do this one tomorrow or sunday. But when I do abs my neck is hurting after 2/3 minutes already. Hate it. So I do your 3 minute abs and your standing ab workout but I often want to follow these till the end. I just feel so much tensed/pressure on my neck. Hate it
