I've seen folks doing this in the gym a whole lot lately. I've felt a bit uncomfortable doing it because I didn't know if I was doing it right or what, but this works like a mofo. Now, to get my diet more better… These 20 lbs is coming off. 1 Love Mike Rashid.

what people dnt get that anything mike advices is and only for roid users all that over training bullshit doesnt work for naturals we dnt use drugs to recover there for we dnt recover
as fast. all naturals should follow natural bodybuilders the real alhpas.

I like to burpee into a wide stance with the dumbbells and throw a boxing combo, either 1-2, or 3-4, or all of em.
