#DONE 👌Today"s workout was perfect. I struggle with feeling like I am not burning enough calories when I only do toning so this workout gave me both cardio and toning. I am at that age where extra pounds can creep on if I'm not careful! 🙃 And I workout of a morning and I like to get a good sweaty workout in before I go get ready for work because it helps to wake me up. 😜😁

I love this format😍 I would love these as a monthly challenge like everyday the cardio bit and then alternating parts for the tonig ones like legs and booty, the other day arms etc.

Doing your weekly reccomeneded workouts for intermediate and man by this third video I am drenched in sweat and all three videos are about a third of my usual time I spend working out ! Love how quick and effective they feel!
