Really loved this workout, I am usually rubbish at consistency with my fitness but I can honestly say this September Challenge has helped me loads, I am actually looking forward to each daily challenge now, amazing! Thank you Lucy x

Lucy i love your concept of the mini workout because it can coincide with the 6 mini meals and i mean mini 😀 im guaranteed to lose more weight. these mini workouts are durable and doable i also added the apple shape 7 minute body challenge and or the hiit muffin top workout for a mix up. they really focus on certain areas of the body and it really burns. guaranteed success.
Not only did I fall of the wagon, but I fell off the Grand Canyon….for years. This is helping me get back on it. Thank you so much for this video.
