Full week of eating + skillfully inserted bicep flex – Nick’s Strength and Power

My typical meal cooking and preps for a whole week of low carb cutting phase pre-powerlifting meet. Typical cutting phase diet is 1,800 cal, less than 25g carbs, high protein, high fat, for about a 2lb a week weight loss. usually lower carbs to less than 10, then 0 for the last couple weeks of a diet.

how tall your are I saw you on other video you was standing next to another person in the intro for your video it was a q and a video and you was a lot shorter then him
