Thanks for this! I’d be interested in seeing something similar for curtsy lunges, and even regular lunges. I’m never sure how far across to reach for the curtsy or what should be engaged. I’m a terrible lunger 😂

Hi Erica I have trouble nailing my posterior delts, making that mind muscle connection like I do with other muscle groups. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

I would love it if you could gives some tips on the clean and press, or actually just the clean part of it. Even the clean move to get the weights to my shoulders for a squat is problematic for me. I recently gave myself a little elbow injury from doing it wrong. 😢
Thank you for your short videos, especially this one with the super tip of how to hold my back. I have been doing it wrong for years!

This is great! Thank you, Erica! It would be great if there are tutorials for basic exercises like squats, lunges as well as upper body moves. It helps a lot for beginners and for people who need a refresher on how to do certain exercises. 😊

Forward lunges please! Somehow, my knees always hurt after doing them, so I figure it’s gotta be my form.

Thank you for this video, it was very helpful. My request is a video on side plank dips and variations. My wrist hurts doing them on my hand, is using your forearm as good? What about on your knees? My feet tend to slide when I do them. Thanks!

This is so helpful! I've many times wondered why my chin feels pressed on my chest when doing these 🤦‍♀️
Would love to see this for push ups and supine push ups (how do you do those without getting elbow rug-burn??)

This is an awesome idea for shorts! Squats of course would be nice for going over form. Also forward/backward lunges because I always seem to lose my balance. 😅
