I absolutely LOVESD this workout. I am almost 70 and have been physically active all my life. As I age, I am experiencing knee pain and hip stiffness and love the mobility and especially this mobility power workout that doesn’t hurt my knees but does open my hips. Thank you for always including many options for your moves.

This was a great mobility workout! I feel so stretched out but it also got my heart rate up more than expected. I would love seeing move fusion workouts, they tend to be my favorites when it comes to the active recovery days.
This was AMAZING mobility format. I needed this for my legs hips and glutes. I love the flows cardio and YES AMY I would ❤for u to do a Deep static stretch workout!

Hi, I hurt my back last weekend and as a result my sciatica is really painful but I didn't want to miss out on my exercise so I've skipped any weights this week and focussed on your stretching sessions including some of your much older sessions which have all really helped loosed off my back. 🙂

I LOVED this workout. After doing your videos for almost nine years, I really enjoyed this one. The combination of mobility and power is what I really was more of lately. Please do more of these. I also love the idea of a few deep stretching videos. You don’t have any.

This is one of my favorite workouts! Yes deeper longer stretches would be good too. I can’t do the wrist bent backwards with the reverse bridge stretch, what can I do to stregthen my wrists?
