I struggle hard with core workouts and honestly, I don’t enjoy them, but I’m determined to work harder on my core and I so appreciate your core workouts. Did the 30 minute one from December today (it killed) saving this one for next Friday! It will all be worth it when I’m 80 and can get up off the couch! 😂

Leg raises (instead of diamond leg drops)
Double leg table top + crunch (instead of feet walk outs)

This video was great!! I loved how calming it was, your voice and the moves. It didn’t make me feel pressured to over do it… which made me try harder actually. That did NOT feel like 20 minutes of only abs 👏🏼👏🏼

Can you do ab workouts with longer breaks between each exercise? So that we use only our ab muscles and will not need to go over to back muscles after a weile.
