It’s Tabata time! Today we are starting off with a quick and intense Tabata Workout followed by a killer Abs and Booty circuit to set the core and glutes on fire. *Optional mini band or ankle weights for extra intensity. The ones I use:

Scissor Squat Hops (20s work + 10s rest x4)
Climber Knee Tap (20s work + 10s rest x4)

Side Leap + Jack (20s work + 10s rest x4)
Flying Frog (20s work + 10s rest x4)

13:21 Abs & Booty Circuit (50s work + 10s rest x2)
Clam + Kick (R)
Laying Leg Lift (R)
Leg Lift + Hold (R)
Side Bridge + Twist (R)

Loved this one. The tabata was super sweaty but over in a flash. I added 1 lb ankle weights; mini bands wouldn't have worked for all the reps & would have been hard to get on & off during 10 second rest breaks. Can't wait for day 60 tomorrow!

Another great one for the abs and booty. I added 5 each ankle, which fired up the glutes. I can't wait to celebrate our accomplishments on day 60

Great routine! I thpuhjt my hips were going to fall off at the joint during the static hold part on the mat … but I made it through all static holds. Hip joints did not fall apart 😉. Is there a reason this hurts me at the joints? This pain happens sometimes when descending heights from higher walks in the foothills also… ❤❤❤
