Dumbbells: I used 2x10lbs, 2x15lbs, 2x25lbs, 1x40lbs

In the future, can we throw in more Pilates workouts? Love your videos with Pilates and yoga fusion and would be cool to see those thrown into weekly schedule again.
That said, this program has been awesome and has gotten me to workout consistently 4-5 times a week. Love all the thought that goes into your content—appreciate all you do!! ♥️

Love your workouts! Could you someday do strength workouts with longer rest like 1 min rest. I heard strength workouts need a longer rest time

I went up with weights for Circuit 3 and though I was totally fatigued and struggling by round 3, I can't believe I survived!!
I am definitely gonna feel it tomorrow 😅
