Okay, good question.
I mostly put some yoga after my workouts & dedicate one day per week to a long yoga class, but depending on the type of yoga, of course that's not necessarily a cool down/recovery.
Longer cool downs kinda feel like tricking myself out of "actually" working out, but I guess I should try to get over thinking like this.
