I've gone back and started doing all of your videos one by one from the start. Doing 30+ mins on the days I'm not at the gym and one or two of the 5+ mins when I am. The results have been incredible, I am in the best shape I have been in my adult life. I've been following the channel since 2020 and just wanted to say thanks!

Although if you could stop making more videos for a while it would help or I'll never get to the end 😂
